Mickey hat verkündet, daß das Buch 2009 erscheinen wird:

Good things are worth wating for. Great things? You gotta wait a little longer. I want this book to be great. There were so many incredible stories it’s been hard to cut it down. The rough manuscript I finished last year was 770 pages– and I’ve had a few distractions in the past few years, to say the least, and couldn’t devote full time to work on the book. Finally doing the final editing as you read this. Should be finished by May. However, that will be too late for them to get on their release calender for ’08– but will DEFINITELY, without a doubt, be put out in 2009 by Touchstone/Simon & Schuster. Exactly when in ’09 they haven’t told me yet, but I would hope it will be early. Believe me, I’m as anxious to see this book on the shelves as anyone. Thanks for staying interested. I have no doubt you are going to like it, a lot–and if you don’t , well… I’m sure I’ll hear about it!
