Am 30. Oktober 2008 wurden die Ramones während einer Gala im Garden City Hotel/Long Island in “The Long Island Music Hall of Fame” aufgenommen. Diese Einrichtung ehrt Musiker aus Long Island, also Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau County und Suffolk County.
